Submitting to Our Blog
Living With Bipolar Disorder is a community space where individuals with bipolar disorder and their families can share their stories and experiences.

Anyone who has been affected by bipolar disorder or a mental illness is welcome to send in a writing. You to share your story in the form of a personal experience article and an opinion piece. You may also send photos. This is your space, so write from the heart.

All articles are reviewed by me (Christine Donohue), and please keep in mind that I am a writer, not a doctor. If you're unsure what to write, please contact me; I'd love to help you gather your thoughts and express them.

Finally, Living With Bipolar Disorder reserves the right to audit guest postings to keep our site content up-to-date and relevant. This includes adding, modifying, or removing content, links, or photographs; refreshing, redirecting, or merging with other articles; and removing the article. A post that is audited will try to keep as much of the original as possible, but it might not be possible.
How to Submit a Guest Post:
Send an email to christine@living-with-bipolar.com or use our Contact Form. Include a brief description of your post, your full name, and any other relavent information.

Commenting on Living With Bipolar Disorder Blog
One of the most important aspects of a successful community website and blog is the conversation that occurs through comments on blog posts. However, comment conversations can sometimes take a negative turn or feature spam links. That's why we have a blog comment policy.

Comments that are deemed spam or primarily promotional in nature will be removed. Links to relevant content are fine, but comments must be relevant to the post's subject.

Comments containing profanity will be removed.

Comments containing potentially objectionable language or notions will be removed. This includes language that is abusive, threatening, sexual, insulting, deceptive, or libelous.
